Terms of service
Last updated 2026-09-25. Items in square brackets are being confirmed.
The service
TrigQR is provided by [registered company name], a company registered in [registered company address / registration number] ("we", "us"). TrigQR helps factory teams track equipment, breakdowns, repairs and spare parts. These terms cover your company's use of TrigQR.
Accounts and your users
Your company is responsible for the accounts it creates and the people it invites, including keeping passwords private and removing access for anyone who leaves. You are responsible for what your users do with TrigQR.
Acceptable use
Use TrigQR only for its intended purpose: managing your own equipment, maintenance and spare parts. Do not try to break the service, access another company's data, or use it to store or send anything unlawful.
Your data stays yours
Everything your team enters into TrigQR (equipment records, tickets, notes, photos) belongs to your company. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy, and you can ask for an export or deletion at any time.
Availability and support
We aim to keep TrigQR available and working well, but like any online service it can have downtime for maintenance or issues outside our control. If something is not working, contact us and we will help.
Fees
Fees for TrigQR are set out in [pricing / order form to be confirmed]. We will tell you ahead of time about any change that affects your plan.
Liability
We work hard to keep TrigQR accurate and reliable, but we cannot promise it will be free of every fault. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid for the service, and we are not responsible for losses that are not a reasonably foreseeable result of us breaking these terms.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using TrigQR and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe puts other customers' data at risk, and we will tell you why.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [governing jurisdiction to be confirmed].
